Real Estate: 5 New Listings, 1 Open House, 6 Price Changes

Additions and adjustments mark the Verona real estate market this weekend. There are five new listings that include both condos and single-family homes. But there are also six existing listings that have lower prices this weekend.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest-priced to highest in each category:

160 Franklin Street: 4 beds, 3 baths. Updated Cape, finished basement, central air. $465,000.

6 Midwood Avenue: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Split-level on cul-de-sac. Family room opens to patio. $525,000.

2 Claridge Drive #11NE: 2 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Fully renovated, NYC views. $740,000.

12 Vincent Place: 3 beds, 3 baths. Dead-end street. $550,000. Open house Saturday 1 to 3 p.m.
