Ms. Jacqueline “Jackie” Juster, 90, died on April 9, 2020 in Glen Ridge. All services were private. Condolences may be left at proutfuneralhome.com.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Ms. Juster lived in Bloomfield before retiring to Verona in 1997. She worked for many years as a journalist and editor for the magazine of New Jersey Business and Industry Association and was a devoted supporter of The ARC of Essex County in Livingston.

Ms. Juster was predeceased by her father and mother, Leonard Juster and Lillian Juster. She is survived by her cousin, Barbara Eskow (Allen), Craig Eskow, the son of Barbara Eskow, and her father’s grand-nieces, Barbara Taback and Laurie Kraman. She is also survived by many of the dear friends that she met during her life.

  1. There are no words to fully describe the impact Jackie had on my professional career. She was one of my superiors at New Jersey Business magazine, who taught me so much about journalism, art, opera and traveling, and – most of all – loyalty and sincerity. She cared for everyone on staff. I’ll miss her tremendously, but will always keep her vividly in my thoughts.
