Holy Spirit To Deliver To Food Pantry Customers

To protect the safety of shoppers and volunteers, and due to low inventory of certain key items, the Holy Spirit Food Pantry will be closed on Saturday, March 28, its usual fourth Saturday distribution day.

Residents of Verona and Cedar Grove who have been economically affected by the shutdowns or are otherwise in need can call (973) 239-2850 to request a home delivery. Moving forward, the church is advising shoppers to check its website and/or call its phone number to confirm when the pantry will reopen to shoppers. “Our prayers are with you at this time,” says Rev. Jerry Racioppi, Holy Spirit’s rector.

If you have food to donate, you can still leave it in the bin by the side of the church. The current list of pantry needs is here.
