The Verona Municipal Alliance Committee (VMAC) and the Verona Health Department will hold a presentation on vaping on Tuesday, November 19 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Verona Community Center ballroom.
There is an alarming trend with both middle and high school students using vapes and becoming addicted to nicotine. This program will help you learn all current information about electronic infusion devices (EIDs). During this one-hour presentation, you will become familiar with what harmful toxins, chemicals, and diseases are associated with vaping. Marijuana concentrates will be reviewed and discussed along with the legal ramifications of having devices and or other paraphernalia. Marijuana edibles and the current trends with these products will also be explained.
You will leave with information on how to talk to your child and help them make healthy educated decisions about vaping and concentrates.
