Many of you know Andy Yeates (far right, above) as MyVeronaNJ.com’s intrepid sports photographer. But in his other life he is a drummer in a band called Sock Monster, and they will be playing at Tierney’s Tavern down in Montclair this coming Friday night, November 2.

Hot off their recent rocking set at Ringside Pub, Sock Monster will take to the Tierney’s stage with its mix of 80s and 90s pop Rock-n-Roll that will have you hitting the dance floor and singing along. In addition to Yeates on drums, the band features John Paul Uva and Jim Kvoriak on guitars and Bob Terhune on bass.

Sock Monster will share the Tierney’s stage with The No Rehearsals. Music starts at 9 p.m., with Sock Monster set to hit the stage at 10 p.m. Tierney’s Tavern is located at 138 Valley Road in Montclair.
