The temperatures have plunged this weekend and so have the number of Verona real estate listings. There are just two new residences for your search, and both are condos. One is just steps from Verona Park, and the other has views that will allow you to see many parks. Two listings have lower prices, though we can’t call a $10,000 price cut a plunge.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

NEW LISTINGS
349 Bloomfield Avenue #7: 2 bed, 1 bath condo. Close to NYC bus, Verona Park. $210,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

2 Claridge Drive Apt 8AE: 1 bed, 1 1/2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. $299,000
