Real Estate And Fireworks

fireworksVerona’s real estate market is definitely quieter than the fireworks this weekend, but there are still a few things happening. First of all, there are two new listings, both of which are single-family homes. One is steps from the center of town and the other is in the Laning elementary school district. There’s only one open house, but there are two properties with lower prices.

As for the fireworks, Verona’s display has already happened (as has that of Cedar Grove), but there are at least four other options in the next few days. The Montclair Golf Club has its fireworks tonight and they are visible from many spots around Verona, as well as the parking lot by Whole Foods. Montclair will have its fireworks on July 4 at Yogi Berra Stadium. The stadium cost is $3 per person or $10 for a family. Montclair will also have its annual Independence Day parade on July 4. The parade will wind through the center of town beginning at 11 a.m. West Orange will also have its fireworks on the Fourth at West Orange High School.

Essex County’s fireworks and concert, which has been rescheduled twice by storms, is now on for Tuesday, July 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Brookdale Park.
