Real Estate Doesn’t Halt For Hurricane

hurricaneHurricane Joaquin may cause some rain and higher tides along the shore but it’s not putting a damper on Verona’s real estate activity this weekend. There are seven new listings, five of which are for condos. There are six homes with lower prices, two of which have lowered their prices before.

But the eye of Verona’s real estate storm is the open house activity. There are 11 of them to tour, at prices from $219,000 to $799,000.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

New Listings
3 Wedgewood Drive Apt 103: 2 bed, 1 bath condo. Kitchen pass-through to dining area. $159,900.
46 Wedgewood Drive: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Refinished floors, updated kitchen, bath. $189,900.
