
The ground isn’t the only thing that seems frozen in Verona right now. As we wrap up the first full week of January, the Verona real estate market seems frozen too. Our inventory of homes for sale was very low at the end of 2014 and the little that is being added to it isn’t going to change things a whole lot: There are just six new listings on the Verona market this weekend, only one of which is for a single-family home.
