MyVeronaNJ-ElectionThe Verona Conference of SCAs (School Community Association) will be hosting the Board of Education Candidates Forum on Wednesday, October 22 at 7 p.m. in the Verona High School Library, 151 Fairview Avenue, Verona.
Candidates Joanna Breitenbach, Judith DiNapoli, Dominic Ferry, Lisa Freschi and Michael Perry are scheduled to take part.

League of Woman Voters member Louise Davis, who is not a resident of Verona, will be the moderator.

The format will consist of opening and closing statements from the candidates. Each candidate will have the opportunity to answer questions submitted by the community and the opportunity for a rebuttal. No remarks of a personal or abusive nature will be permitted, as are the standard ground rules set for the Forum.

The public is encouraged to attend and participate by both listening and asking questions of the five candidates who are competing for one available board seat in this November’s election.
