The two former Brunner auto dealership lots across from the Richfield Regency have gone under contract. The two, 435 and 449 Bloomfield Avenue, were listed at $349,000 and $299,000 respectively with First Mountain Real Estate. Owner Bob Brunner has a non-disclosure agreement with the developer and cannot talk about what’s planned. The deals have not yet closed and no permit applications have yet been filed with the Verona Building Department.

And there could be more new commercial property owners in Verona soon. Six buildings are up for sale, including two of the largest office buildings. Here’s what’s listed:

760 Bloomfield Avenue: Small building housing a barber shop, with apartments above. $429,000. Being sold with adjacent multi-family building on Pine Street, listed at $439,900.

62 Depot Street: 12,000 square feet, zoned mixed-use. Can be delivered vacant. $849,000.

3 Claridge Drive: 10,000 square foot building adjacent to Claridge apartment towers. $999,900.

1 Mount Prospect Avenue: 6,000 square foot building now used as medical offices. $1.5 million.

25 Pompton Avenue: 9 of the 11 office condo units in this building are being sold as a block. 17,000 square feet. $1.6 million.

825 Bloomfield Avenue: 22,000 square foot, multi-story building now used as medical offices. Large parking lot. $3,999,500.
