Forest-Butterfly1The Forest Avenue School Environmental Committee is announcing the opening of the newly labeled Butterfly Garden along the school’s right-hand driveway. Please come visit the garden and learn about the native plants and the butterflies of Forest Avenue School. Native plants such as Swamp Milkweed were planted to provide nectar sources and habitat for butterflies to lay eggs and for their caterpillars to eat. It is hoped other species of wildlife will be attracted to the garden as well.Forest-Butterfly2
