TD Bank has named Verona resident John S. Kosko as vice president and business development officer in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending in Ramsey. He will be focused on providing SBA financing to qualified small businesses throughout Passaic and Hudson counties in northern New Jersey.
Kosko has 20 years of experience in banking, finance and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served in several positions in the SBA Lending Group at CIT Group in Livingston, including director of credit and risk management, regional sales manager for the northeast, national training manager and east coast region credit manager.
Kosko received an MBA in 1998 from Seton Hall University and an undergraduate degree in 1992 from Penn State University. He is a 1988 graduate of West Essex Regional High School.
