The next Take Control of Your Health class will be held on Thursdays from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at Hillwood Terrace from February 9 through March 15. This six-week program is geared to individuals with chronic diseases. Participants will learn how to manage their symptoms, develop healthy eating and exercise classes, communicate effectively with doctors, feel better and enjoy life to the fullest.
