Mrs. Margaret E. Riso, 88, died on Thursday, July 7, 2011 in Dover.
Services will be held in the First Congregational Church of Verona, 19 Church Street, Verona on Wednesday, July 13 at 1 p.m.
Born in Orange, Mrs. Riso has lived in Verona since 1923. Mrs. Riso was the office manager of Verona Air Conditioning from 1948 to 1993. She was active in the First Congregational Church of Verona, where she taught Sunday School and volunteered in the White Elephant Shop.
Mrs. Riso is the wife of the late C. John Riso, the mother of Margretta Picone and John D. Riso, the grandmother of Dana Galetta and Brielle Riso and the great grandmother of Jordan, Sean and Dean. She was predeceased by her sister Jean Cotter.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Verona Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
