Last week Coach Jim Robbins arranged for Robby Starr, a player who has been named to the U.S. Indoor Lacrosse Developmental Team for the next Olympics,  to come to Centennial Field to meet with Verona’s 5th and 6th grade players. Starr gave a great shooting demonstration–he shot the ball over 115 mph–coached and played lacrosse with the boys in small groups.
