Brian Farrell had a strong night in last night’s Verona High School basketball game, but it was not strong enough to keep the win out of the hands of Montclair’s Immaculate Conception. Farrell put up 20 of Verona’s 51 points, but Immaculate had two scorers with more than 20 points. The 57-51 loss drops Verona’s record to 10-6-0. The team faces Nutley at home tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m.
