The Verona Recreation Department’s Teen Recreation Committee is going to be holding a free movie night for the middle school crowd this Friday, December 17 at the Verona Community Center Ballroom.

The movie is the classic “Home Alone”, and the doors open at 6:45 p.m. The event is open to all students in grades 5 through 8, but you must register them in advance through the Rec Department’s online service.

Go to the town’s Web site, scroll down to yellow logo in the lower left, click Recreation Online Registration, enter Teen Rec Programs and follow the registration process. Again, there’s no charge to attend. But there will be refreshments and raffles.

If you’ve got questions, call the Rec Department 973-857-4830 or Teen Recreation Committee chairperson Dana Visentin at 973-650-3164.
