Cardoz Reflects On Tabla

Feast, a new food site that belongs to WNBC television in New York, is running a two-part interview with Verona’s Floyd Cardoz. In it, Chef Cardoz reflects on the many accomplishments of Tabla, his Indian-influenced restaurant in Manhattan that is scheduled to close at the end of the year.

He also dangles some hints about where the new, smaller Tabla might be. So far, Verona’s not on that list, but we can always dream.
