Verona resident George Tsemberlis has been providing personal training at gyms and fitness centers all around our area for more than 10 years, most recently at Body & Soul in Little Falls. But with 80% of the clients for his GT Fitness Concepts coming from Montclair, Cedar Grove and Verona, Tsemberlis has now added a second training location close to home: Hardbodyz Fitness, the new gym on the eastern end of Bloomfield Avenue. “People in Verona, they prefer to stay in Verona,” he says.
Since Tsemberlis recognizes that women can prefer a female trainer, he is also adding a new trainer to his group: Ivy Abrahams, most recently of New York Sports Clubs in Montclair.
