Our Lady of the Lake has been celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. It has held a gala dinner, a special mass and a golf outing. Now the parish is getting ready to put out the welcome mat for a family picnic, which will be held on Sunday, June 23, beginning at 1 p.m.

The organizers say that, in addition to food from Eight Hills Caterers, there will be live music from three bands: the Liz Wojtal Trio, Jake and The Mayor, and Sock Monster. There will also be plenty of picnic games, from cornhole to broom ball, soccer, basketball, four square, crafts and more, as well as a 50/50 raffle.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for seniors and young people ages 6 to 16. Children five and under are free. To pay, use the QR code in the image below or drop off payment at the Pastoral Center.
