The Friends of the Verona Public Library is now seeking donations of gently used children’s and adult fiction books for its book sales.

All donations should be in good condition and no more than 15 years old. Additionally the Friends are seeking nonfiction books less than 10 years old, with the exception of biographies, memoirs, history, classics and poetry.

Business, health, parenting, investment, travel, child care, technology, and self-help books should be less than three years old. DVDs and CDs are accepted.

The Friends are taking only those cookbooks that are classic or written by a celebrity or well-known chef.

If you have books to donate, bring them to the Library’s lower level and place them on the Friends’ cart.
