Charlie Pepe had two doubles in the push to tie, and there were hits from Liam Frey, Chris Baker, Logan Colon, and Andrew Paul. The game-winner came from Joe Farmer.

Verona is the No. 6 seed this year. The team travels to No. 3 Hoboken on Thursday for the quarterfinals.
