Solutions Architecture’s principal and founder, Frank A. Messineo, AIA is pleased to announce the promotion of Alexis Goldman and Thomas Strauser to the position of firm principal.
The pair have been instrumental in providing outstanding service to the firm’s current clients and their exemplary leadership abilities has instilled confidence within the rest of the staff, which in turn has allowed all members to ascend to a higher level of excellence. For that reason, amongst many others, Goldman and Strauser will join firm founder Frank Messineo in continuing the firm’s legacy as they enter the next chapter of their professional careers.
Goldman, AIA, LEED AP, possesses over 22 years of experience in design, development, and management of a variety of project types. She joined Solutions Architecture in 2010 as its first official employee. Over that time, she has established herself as an outstanding Architect and amazing leader, who possesses a passion for her clients as much as her work. For over a decade, she has been instrumental in working collaboratively with her clients on the planning and coordination of their projects, which range from renovations to alterations to new construction projects. Her commitment to the process and to the firm’s clients is second to none. Goldman believes the company’s most successful relationships are a result of careful attention to the client’s needs and realistic interpretations of those needs, in conjunction with open and honest communication.
“Alexis’ passion compels her to make every effort to marry good design with limited budgets creating designs that the clients continually enjoy time and time again,” Messineo says. “Alexis will persist, pushing the envelope in her role as principal and will continue to be a tremendous resource and role model for the younger staff. There are great things ahead for this amazing woman and Solutions Architecture is excited for the future with the guidance of the new and talented principal.”
Strauser joined Solutions Architecture 10 years ago as a project manager. His keen technical abilities and in-depth knowledge of construction and collaborative relationship with contractors has allowed him to improve the quality of the construction documents and carry that detail into our projects. Strauser has nearly 25 years of experience in the field and strongly believes that the firm’s ability to work as a cohesive team with our clients, not only makes it effective and efficient, but is instrumental to success.
