The Junior Women’s Club of Verona will host a forum for this year’s Town Council candidates on Wednesday, April 26, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Verona Community Center ballroom. All three candidates have confirmed that they will participate. The Wayne League of Women Voters will moderate the event.
All Verona residents may attend and submit questions in advance through the main event page. All questions must be submitted by midnight on Thursday, April 20. The Juniors note that submitting a question does not guarantee it will be asked. They will screen all questions submitted, with final approval from the League moderator. Paper and pen will be available in the ballroom the night of the event to raise new questions.
If you cannot attend in person, the forum will be recorded and broadcasted in full online following the event. There will be more details posted to this page.
