It’s a somewhat quieter weekend in Verona real estate. Yes, there are eight new listings hitting the market, but there’s only one open house. There’s also a revision to prices on two properties.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

New Verona Listings

35 Cypress Avenue: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Split-level with newer kitchen, refinished floors. $539,000.

2 Claridge Drive #4NE: 2 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Three walk-in closets. $550,000.

34 Cypress Avenue: 3 beds, 2 baths. Split-level with eat-in kitchen that opens to deck. $599,000.

46 Cumberland Avenue: Two-family near center of town. $699,000.

1 Claridge Drive #326: 1 bed, 1 1/2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Sliders to terrace.  Price cut $21,000 to $359,000.
