It might be not great weather in Verona this weekend, but with five new listings hitting the real estate market, it could be worth a trip out—or at least making a call to a realtor.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

75 Linden Avenue: 4 beds, 3 baths. Eat-in kitchen, finished basement. $649,000.
