We’re slowly getting into the spring thaw in Verona real estate. There are five new listings this weekend, including two condos and three single-family homes. There are also two open houses, and one Claridge condo with a lower price.

19 Sutton Place: 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Fully renovated Tudor near Verona Park. $985,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
