The Verona Public Library will offer presentations every Wednesday from January 19 to February 9 to teach you how to improve your health and wellbeing. Wellness Wednesdays will be held via Zoom at 1 p.m.
The programs are geared for older adults, but all may benefit. They are presented by Jennifer Shukaitis, MPH, faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Health Sciences at Rutgers Cooperative Extension.
