Rollover Near Community Center

Verona’s first responders were at the scene very quickly this morning when a car rolled over on Bloomfield Avenue just east of the Linn Drive-Oakridge Road traffic light.

The car, driven by a 77-year-old male from West Caldwell, hit a decorative light pole.

Verona Police say the driver was alert and had no apparent injuries, but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
