The Verona Woman’s Club would like to thank all the Verona businesses that supported the Luminary Fundraiser Project this year. Their generous donations will benefit local food pantries, and women’s shelters, as well as the Verona Rescue Squad, Fire Department, Library and Children’s Fund, and also provide scholarships to Verona students.

The Platinum Level sponsors, who donated $500 or more, are DeCozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Prout Funeral Home, Verona Heating & Cooling, and Lynne Mortimer of Coldwell Banker Realty. They are pictured Coni Evans and Joanne Arroyo, co-chairs of business sponsorships for the fundraiser. A complete list of all business sponsors can be found on the Woman’s Club of Verona website. Please support these local businesses.

“Share Your Light Night” will be held this year on Saturday, December 11. Thousands of luminaries will be lit at 5 p.m. in the Civic Center and throughout Verona, symbolizing neighborhood unity. Please plan to drive around Verona neighborhoods and visit the Civic Center to enjoy the beauty of this whole community event.
