Hearth Realty Group’s Halloween house decorating contest was widely successful last year, so the firm is bringing it back this year.
To participate, residents need to decorate their house, post it to Instagram with the tag @hearthrealtygroup or text it to 973-913-5055. The deadline for all submissions is 11:59 p.m. on October 28.
The winner will be announced on October 31, and first prize is a $1,000 donation to the charity of the winner’s choice, plus a$200 gift card. The owners of the scariest house will get a $100 gift card as will the most creative house.
