Police Eye Crackdown On School Traffic Violations

If you have been parking in the crosswalks near Verona’s schools to drop your kids at school, or double parking, blocking driveways or otherwise not following the school traffic rules, you’d best not do that any more.

The Verona Police Department said on its social media feed today that it will begin issuing summonses to any driver who fails to follow the rules because that creates an unsafe environment around the schools.
