There’s a different mix of opportunities in Verona real estate this weekend. Five of the nine new listings are condos, split between the Claridge towers and the low-rise Wedgewood complex. The Claridge units have access to an outdoor pool and a workout room, while many of those at Wedgewood look out onto a lawn with low trees. One more difference: The Claridge units can’t have open houses, so you’ll need to book an appointment to see them.
