Dino Ditizii gave his last haircut yesterday, and the entire Town Council stopped by his Verona Barber Shop to mark his retirement. The Council presented Ditizii, who had been in business in Verona for 60 years, with a key to the town and a certificate of appreciation that read:

“In recognition of over 60 years of service to the residents of the Township of Verona. The Verona Barber Shop, better known as Dino’s to those living in Verona, is a monumental landmark in the history of our town. Your unwavering passion for your clientele and contributions to our business community is a testament to your perseverance as a hardworking and successful businessperson.

The dedication you have demonstrated year after year towards our community is deeply appreciated and most admirable.

It is therefore with great pleasure that the Township Council of the Township of Verona present to you with the Key to Verona in honor of your hard work and service and congratulate you on your retirement!

Presented on this, the 17th day of July in the year 2021.”
