Verona Angler Wins County Fishing Derby

Cole Reynolds (center ) from Verona caught the most fish in the boys’ ages 6-10 category at the Essex County Fishing Derby at the Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex in West Orange on Thursday, June 17. He caught 31 fish.

Presenting the award are (from left) Caitlin Sharp from Essex County Turtle Back Zoo, David Alexander from the Essex County Environmental Center and Program Coordinator Kahron Smothers from the Essex County Parks Department.
