Michael John Sisler, 51, entered into eternal life on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital in Stratford, N.J. Born in Jersey City, son of Howard Vincent and Maureen (nee Barrett) Sisler, he spent most of his life in Verona.
Michael was a graduate of Verona High School Class of 1988. He was a security guard for Securitas Security in Marlton, N.J. He had a passion for most things Rutgers, including but not limited to being a member and involved with fundraising with the Rutgers Court Club and attending Rutgers football games. He was also a New York Mets fanatic.
Besides his loving parents, Michael is survived by his dear sister, Nancy LaVecchia of High Bridge, N.J. He will be deeply missed by his cherished niece and nephew, Angela LaVecchia and Anthony LaVecchia; many caring aunts, uncles, and cousins; and also caring friends, George Kelly and Bill W.
