My wife and I moved to Verona 14 years ago. The town, and the people that call Verona home charmed and welcomed us from day one. We moved into a condo near beautiful Verona Park and got married at the Verona municipal courthouse – it was a magical start to our life together. We are now raising three children here.
We later purchased a single-family home and rather than selling our condo, we helped out a local parent who needed a rental so his kids could graduate from Verona High. We were thrilled that our home could become theirs.
Verona residents care for one another. We cherish walkable and bikeable streets, our fantastic recreation program, the community pool, and so much more. We want to maintain and improve Verona for our kids and neighbors, and warmly welcome new families like we were.
Jason Hyndman shares these priorities. His commitment to this town comes from a desire to protect, preserve and give back. Verona is where he and his wife have chosen to settle, raise their children, volunteer for the Planning Board and be a class parent.
Verona can’t wish away the housing obligations NJ law requires. But we do have options in how we meet those mandates. Jason is an expert in the very field our town needs right now and wants to offer his expertise and knowledge to help Verona – as a volunteer!
Please join my wife and I in voting for Jason Hyndman, Line 2A on May 11.
Enthusiastically yours,
