To the Editor:
I first met Dr. Christopher Tamburro around 13 years ago, while interviewing him for a volunteer position on the Verona Rescue Squad. I was immediately impressed by his resume and qualifications, including having served as the Chief of his previous volunteer organization, the Long Valley First Aid Squad.
As I have gotten to know Chris over the years, I have found him to be one of the most compassionate, honest, hardworking and intelligent people I have had the pleasure to be associated with.
Now, as Chris is running for a position on the Verona Township Council, I would like to encourage your readers to get to know Chris through his website, tamburroforcouncil.com. I think everyone will be impressed with his accomplishments and his plans for Verona’s future.
I hope the residents of Verona will support Chris and turn out to vote for him on May 11.
