The Verona High School Spotlight Players are proud to announce their spring production, Broadway Through The Ages. The show will be performed outside at the Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center in West Orange from Thursday, May 6, to Saturday, May 8, at 8 p.m.

The show features Sofia Albanese, Sophie Beaubouef, Faith Brolly, Leila Brolly, Fiona Church, Krystal Costa, Courtney Cullen, Olivia Egan, Sofia Greco, Caitlyn Heimerle, Isabella Hussar, Julia Komninos, John McHugh, Grace McMahan, Sophia Nunez, Finneas Ostermayer, Lauren Ryan, Maria Serra, James Shorten, Abigail Shust, Madison Suk, Luca Tedesco, Marguerite Valera, Amanda Visone, Griffin Willner, Emily Wynne, Sarah Wynne and Ali Zanders.

This original production features music from South Pacific to Sara Bareilles, as the cast journeys through Broadway history. This evening of song and dance aims to both entertain and inform the audience while moving through major movements and trends in Broadway history, all while showcasing the amazing talent at Verona High School. Bring your lawn chair to enjoy socially distanced seating as you hum along to tunes from Broadway’s Golden Age, snap your fingers to the slick choreography from the Silver Age, and stomp your feet along to the dawn of the rock musical.

Tickets are $8 for students and $12 for adults and they are available online here.

Also returning this spring will be the Spotlight Players’ infamous Flamingo Fundraiser. Pink flamingos will be appearing throughout Verona and, for only $20 a dozen, they can flock on the lawn of your choosing for a day.

More information on the show and Flamingo Flocking will be available in the coming weeks.
