one you have never visited before!
Verona Family Night started in 2003 as a “Scheduled Night to be Free of Schedules.” With the support of the Board of Education, Town Council, Recreation Department and OLL, VMAC normally schedules two family nights during the school year, the purpose of which are to provide Verona families a cleared schedule to enjoy quality time with each other. Most recently it has evolved to a week of family activities, but remains a simple reminder of the importance of family time. Family mealtime is an effective tool in fostering family unity and helping children and adolescents remain substance free.
The mission of VMAC is to work toward community wellness through the celebration and cultivation of the compassion, character, and confidence that individuals, especially our youth, need to make good choices in all aspects of their lives. We look forwarding to celebrating Family Week with you!
