If you’ve been feeling stressed by COVID-19, the election and other events, CGV Social Justice is holding a free wellness webinar on Saturday, November 14. The group says the event, which begins at 2:30 p.m., will feature professionally led meditation, coping and self-care techniques, and will have breakout rooms for discussion.
