Real Estate: 4 New Listings, 5 Open Houses, 1 Price Change

We’re light on new listings in Verona real estate this weekend. As we noted last month, Verona real estate agents are having a hard time getting enough inventory to meet the demand that is coming from prospective buyers looking to leave New York City, Hoboken and Jersey City behind. There are five open houses, and some are both Saturday and Sunday showings.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

1 Amy Court: 4 beds, 3 baths. Deck, attached 2-car garage. For sale by owner. $549,900.

88 Claremont Avenue: 3 beds, 2 baths. Front porch, back deck, flat yard. $439,000. Open house Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m. both days.
