Verona will be holding a free paper shredding event on Saturday, June 6, in the Verona Pool parking lot  from 8 a.m. to noon.

Masks must be worn. Residents are asked to enter the parking lot to get in line and remain inside the vehicle. Your paper to be shredded can be in a bin, box or bag. A masked and gloved employee from Verona’s Department of Public Works will remove the items from your vehicle for you. Once the material is removed you can drive away.

For more information on garbage collection, see the town’s website.
