This weekend’s Verona real estate market looks, on the surface, to be very much like that of past early May weekends. There are five new listings, at a wide variety of price points. There are also some price adjustments, which is fairly typical. But then there is a reminder that Verona real estate, like real estate in towns all over America, is still adjusting to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus COVID-19: The one open house is a virtual showing only.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

NEW LISTINGS

54 Howard Street: 4 beds, 4 baths. Fully renovated. Open floor plan, master suite. $825,000.
