UPDATE: Holy Spirit has decided to cancel this Bingo event. It’s next Bingo date is Friday, April 17; please note this is the third Friday of the month. The second Friday of the month in April conflicts with Holy Week.
The Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit will hold one of its Bingo fundraisers this Friday, March 13, and this one will benefit the Verona UNICO scholarship fund.

UNICO is the largest Italian-American service organization in the U.S. The Verona Chapter of UNICO was established in 1970 and it has donated more than $500,000 to national and local causes, and awarded hundreds of scholarships to high school students here. Verona UNICO’s biggest fundraiser is its Labor Day 5K race.

Holy Spirit is located at 36 Gould Street, opposite the field at H.B. Whitehorne Middle School. Doors open and Bingo cards go on sale at 6 p.m. and the first number will be called at 7 p.m.

The entrance fee is $20, which include sheets for 10 games. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase, and you are welcome to bring your own food. No alcohol is allowed and you must be 18 years old to play Bingo.

Additional set of sheets may be purchased for $15, and extra sheets for our cover-all game (Game #10) can be purchased for $5.
