Mrs. Mary Sinisi (nee Martorelli), 72, died on January 2, 2020 in Glen Ridge. Visiting will be at the Prout Funeral Home on Sunday, January 5 from 2 to 6 p.m. Everyone will meet at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona, for a funeral mass on Monday at 10 a.m.
Born in Newark, Mrs. Sinisi was a lifelong resident of Verona. She graduated from Verona High School in 1965 and attended Kean University and Montclair State University.
She worked as a sales associate for Newberry’s in Verona and as a sales representative with Crucible Steel Company in Fairfield. In retirement, she accompanied children on their daily trip to and from school on the bus.
Mrs. Sinisi is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony M. Sinisi; her stepdaughters, Lynore Sinisi and Toni Ann Yannuzzi; her siblings Louis Martorelli (Rose), Dominick Martorelli (Dawn), John Martorelli (Gina) and Julie DiGiovine (Louis); and many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
