Rescue Squad Blood Drive This Friday

The Verona Rescue Squad will hold its first blood drive of 2020 on Friday, January 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Verona Community Center.

To donate, you need to weigh at least 110 pounds, eat a meal before donation, drink plenty of water before and after, and bring your ID. A free t-shirt will be given to all donors/

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. You may make an appointment using this link.

The Verona Rescue Squad is a volunteer non-profit organization, providing Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to Verona. It is supported by donations from the residents and businesses of Verona as well as from the people we serve. Care is provided by trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). The Verona Rescue Squad responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and its services are provided free of charge. The Verona Rescue Squad has been at our current facility, under various names, since 1927. More information at www.VeronaRS.org.
