This holiday season, the Junior Woman’s Club of Verona is coordinating with the Verona Recreation Department to bring back the Adopt-A-Family wish tree event to help provide gifts to local families in need.

Wish trees are set up at the Verona Library, Lakeside Deli, Ariane Kitchen & Bar, Blue Hippo, and Nail Art. Each tree includes ornaments with wish requests from families who are having a hard time making ends meet and would appreciate help in making the holidays special for their children. Gift cards to Shop Rite and Target also are appreciated.

The wish trees will remain at the participating locations until Friday, December 13. For more information, contact Vanessa Facendola at (201)889-1519 or [email protected].
