On Thursday, November 21, from 5 to 9 p.m., the Verona Inn will donate a portion of each dinner tab to C.H.I.L.D. (Children Having Individual Learning Differences), the Verona group that supports special education programs and initiatives within the Verona School District. The donation will be made for dining in or take-out; you just need to mention the C.H.I.L.D. fundraiser to initiate the donation.
Also keep an eye out for C.H.I.L.D. members selling 50/50 raffle tickets at the VI and at other locations around town. Tickets are $10 for one, $20 for three and $30 for six. The winner does not need to be present for the drawing.
